New African American Christmas Movies Creating Our Own Traditions and Turning the White Christmas into a Black One

I'm sure all the young ladies are looking forward to a Chris Brown Christmas, as he is going to be in the new movie "This Christmas". But first I'd like to start out by saying that whether she realized it or not, my mother always made it a point to make every christmas that much better with the inclusion of our traditional dishes, music, and ornaments. I loved the fact that we had a Black Santa Claus figurine by our tree, and that my mother played Christmas songs from Mahalia Jackson to Mariah Carey. With the creation of a new generation of African American Christmas movies and cartoons, I'm hoping to spread the word about new afro-positive holiday traditions that both my family and your family can enjoy.
