The Disney Family Takes Black Families on a Magical Journey
I’ve always felt like every black person should take a trip to Africa to reconnect with our African roots. After my trip to Walt Disney World, I now whole-heartedly feel that every black person also needs to take a Disney trip as a way to experience our African American Roots. Just as they say, Disney is truly magical! Prior to visiting, I honestly did NOT know how much Disney has done and continues to do within the black community at large.
Disney family has created a magical experience for the Black family that I want to share with you. Between the introduction of Princess Tiana, Disney’s first African American Princess and the addition of President Barack Obama to Disney’s ‘Hall of Presidents’ there are so many wonderful afro-positive attractions for your family to enjoy at Disney World.
